Article 1 : Application of sale

The present general conditions of sale apply to all sales contracts concluded between L’ATELIER By NEOMA BS and its customers.

They can be consulted on the website www.latelierbyneomabs.fr

These conditions prevail over any other document of the buyer.

All the orders are carried out exclusively between L’ATELIER By NEOMA BS and the author of the order, within the framework of a commercial relation.

Any request which would not be in application with the General Conditions of Sale could not be accepted without written agreement of our part.

The ATELIER By NEOMA BS reserves the right to proceed at any time to a change of the General Conditions under reserve to make appear these changes on its site.

Article 2 : Order procedure

The ATELIER BY NEOMA BS commits itself to accept an order within the framework of the General Conditions expressed here.

Any order will be processed within the limits of availability of products in stock.

In the case where, in spite of our vigilance, an article was to become temporarily unavailable, the sending of the article would be deferred. In the case of an order including several articles, the sending of the available products will be carried out. The customer will then be informed of the product’s unavailability by a message on his invoice.

The subsequent shipment of the missing product(s) will be made at our expense.

In the case of an article that has become definitively unavailable, a credit note or a refund can be obtained, free of charge.

The shipping costs are as follows:

Metropolitan France: 6,00€.

Article 3 : Prices

The prices charged by L’ATELIER By NEOMA BS include all taxes, excluding shipping costs. The company reserves the right to change the price of any of the products on sale without prior notice. In case of change, the price applied to the customer will be the one invoiced at the time of the validation of his order.

Article 4 : Delivery

Unless otherwise specified, delivery is made to the address specified on the order form.

The delivery times given are only indicative and do not commit L’ATELIER By NEOMA BS in any way to a deadline.

Orders paid by check are processed and sent upon receipt of the check (metropolitan France only).

Article 5 : Exportation of products outside France

We indicate you that the products which we propose are in conformity with the legislation and the standards applicable in France.

In this context, if you wish to make a purchase for export, it is your responsibility to check the specificity of the legislation in force, and in particular the possibilities of import and use of the products in the country concerned. Our responsibility cannot be engaged in case of non respect of the legislation of the country where the product is delivered.

In the same way, it is up to you to inform yourself on the conditions of entry of the product on the State of delivery of the order. Thus, customs duties, local taxes, import duties, state taxes, royalties or remunerations due under the intellectual property or any payment concerning the entry of the product on the territory are at your charge.

Article 6 : Satisfied or refunded

L’ATELIER By NEOMA BS commits itself to refunding the full amount of the products within 14 days after receiving the order. The products must be returned at the expense of the customer. The products must be in good condition and in their original packaging as they were delivered.

At the end of the 14 days, the products are considered as accepted and in conformity with the order.

Article 7 : After Sales Service

In the event of a defective item, we undertake to exchange it or refund it free of charge within a maximum of one month.

It is up to the customer, in case of damage of the delivered goods or missing items, to make all the necessary reserves with the carrier by registered letter within 3 working days following the delivery, in accordance with the article L.133-3 of the commercial code, with a copy to L’ATELIER By NEOMA BS. Failing this, the delivery will be considered as accepted by the customer.

The shipping costs incurred by the customer may be, subject to proof of shipping costs, reimbursed within the limit of shipping costs practiced by L’ATELIER By NEOMA BS, that is to say 6,00€.

Any overrun of this rate will be charged to the customer.
